Why should I take
an A1c test?
an A1c test?
An A1c (also known as HbA1c test) test helps evaluate how well managed your blood sugar levels have been over the past 90 days.
The result is reported as a percentage. The higher the percentage, the higher your blood sugar levels have been.
Make sure you are on track
Diabetes is mostly invisible and it’s hard to really see how it’s going. Regular testing helps to get real health insights.
Experiencing symptoms
Are you experiencing weight change, fatigue, headaches, blurry vision, increased thirst or frequent urination?
Stay ahead of Diabetes
Does anyone in your family have Diabetes? Then it’s a good idea to test and know early on to prevent the progression.
Take the right actions
Regular A1c testing can also help you see how the choices you make — like a diet — affect your blood sugar levels.
Lab tests require an order by a physician. The order requisition fee is included in the price.

What our patients are saying
Testing from home is great!
I never got my A1c checked as frequently as I should because going to the lab almost takes me an entire day. With this at-home test, you don’t need to ask for time off to go to the labs. You can do it simply from home! That’s awesome :)
This option is cheaper for me
My A1C test usually is $50, and then my visits with my doctor are $50 additionally... If you are trying to save some money like me, this is a great option!
Great Care Team
I just wanted to get the test and to know my A1c. But when I got my result, the Care Team contacted me for my free consultation, and I have to say, that was a really nice experience. We talked about my goals and how the next steps could look like. They really took the time to listen and give personal advice! Thank you!
Easy to perform
As a Type 2 Diabetic, I’m used to prick my finger. So the test was really easy for me to perform. Just putting a few drops on a small paper (well, you need to squeeze your finger a bit ;)) and then sending it back. That was it!
